Refund scope
The software license is refunded in full, without a usage deduction, through Stripe to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. AI provider fees are billed separately and subject to their own policies. The existing free edition has no purchase to refund.
How to request it
Send the order reference from your receipt and your purchase email to support; do not send card numbers, passwords or API keys. We verify the order, refund it through Stripe and confirm by email; your bank decides when it appears, usually 5–10 business days. Local and test orders are not live charges.
After a refund
The order's paid license and installation access are revoked. Local footage is not deleted and the separate free 1.1.0 rights remain: reinstall the free 1.1.0 from the download page, with your account and episodes intact. A one-time license has no subscription renewal.
